Established 19 years ago, here at Osteopathy First at the David Lloyd Club, we now offer a unique, inter-disciplinary treatment, rehabilitation and wellness service which draws upon the skill and expertise of our diverse range of practitioners. Based in central Stevenage, Hertfordshire, our team includes Osteopaths, a Physiotherapist, a Sports Therapist, a Pilates Instructor and a Running Coach. The team have worked at the highest levels of elite sport including the Olympic & Paralympic Games and for British Athletics. Our aim is to give YOU the very best of our professional skill and expertise in getting you back to full health and fitness. We don't just treat athletes - absolutely anyone and everyone can benefit from our team approach to your care and wellbeing.
You don't need to be referred to us by your GP unless you wish to claim the cost of your treatment from a Private Health Insurance scheme. Just give us a call, and we can usually see you the same day.
